Pistol shrimp eating macro algae

o just set up my refugium and im seeing my macro algae disappear. I have a hi fin red goby and a tiger pistol shrimp could they have something to do with it

I've seen my Tiger Pistol eating macro. Not as much as my Blue Leg Hermits but he was in on the act.

No not withering just dissapearing. Mainly my chaeto and ulva

Ulva was one of the macros I saw my Pistol eating too.
