great growth in a year

thought i would share a few pics of my birds of paradise growth in a year. the original frag was two tiny knobs. maybe around 1/2". The frag is top right over birdsnest(on top of acan). i think my growth in my nano is pretty awesome. is BOP a fast grower?

nice growth for a year...at of all my BNs ...the BOP is my slowest and my Hyacinth is the fastest.

The hycanth is a beautiful weed! Lol it is such a great sps nice to see something actually grow !!!!!

Nice growth on the bop I also started wit a tiny tiny nub bout the size of lg frag now lol !!!

Birds of paradise is relatively fast in my tank (compared to other sps) but my poape birdsnest wins the race.

this is the only sps i have left in my tank. grows real nice so i decided to leave it in. i also have a tiny ora hawkins which hasnt grown at all! maybe a 1/8" lol

This think, ponape birdsnest and green hydnophora grew to nice size colonies in less than a year in my situation. Oh, and I have one species of acro that grows like a weed. I like them because they create a feel of a real reef with they growing speed.
