Ok well im kind of confused of how to proceed.
here is the story.

i but two zoo colinies from an online vendor(who shall remain nameless, untill this is resolved)

i get them, open up the box and there is only one bag, with one coral.

i call them up and speak to the owner, who sasy how sorry he is and how he will ship out the next day and give me a free colony.

so i say ok no problem, no worries.

i get the box and open it up and see two bags...with a sigh of relief i proceed to open them, dip them and them to the tank.

but a few hours later after they are both fully opened, i relize that they still hadnt sent me the piece that was missing from the first order.

i take picture of the three piece i have recieved so far, and send them to thee email adress, and call them up.

the guy say ill call you back in an hour.
he then emails me saying that he thinks that the zoos colony i initially ordered and have yet to recieve might have died from a fungus, aand he will split the cost with me (100 dollar zoos piece, so that means a $50 store credit.)

but i dont want a freakin credit to there crappy store, i want a refund in full, or the zoo piece that i initially ordered.

DO you think that it is fair for them to offer me a 50 dollar credit and not refund me , or am i expecting to much by expecting a full refund.??

any thoughts of how to proceed.?

Vendors do't typically bait and swith, but in defense, you do have 3 colonies of thiers which is likely worth $50.

I would go a step further and ask for a $50 refund instead of store credit and never use that vendor again. When I get burned like that, I'll pay the extra cash to NOT give that vendor my business.

There are I'm sure plenty of people here that would use your credit for you for 50 cash. If you don't like the Zoos sell them. Make your money back and order from someone else.

I think with the full credit they deserve a pat on the back here. Not too many places would do that. PM me with the info then I don't care.
