i have a remora and a aquac ev-120 on a 72 bow front with a 18 gal sump. my worry was that one would reduce the work of the other... i mean if it doesn't make a difference... why not have one? funny thing is so far the remora picks up more junk then the ev-120..

What kind of pump are you running with EV120? They work better with pressure rated pump.

Remember, AquaC EV series are very sensitive skimmer and need to set it correctly in order to get best result. It took about 8 month to set my EV240 working. I am sure you know their website, but just in case.

I am running my skimmer with PanWorld 100PX.

wow... that's way too big for me. plus i wouldn't know how to work a external pump. my refuge/sump is not build for a external pump. think there might be a better pump for me than a mag 7?
