Emergency for a friend

My friend in bethpage off Hicksville road and his bulk head is leaking, he's kinda new at this and needs someone who has the bulkhead tool

i dont have a tool,

i manually cut my old bulkhead with a fine hacksaw blade, came off in about 30 40 min. i cut it nice and slow as not to crack the tank. i didnt spill a drop. it can be done this way if he needs to swap the bulkhead. gl
