So many of you know I made a waterfall tank and its housing a mix of terrestrial crabs (UCA), corals an reef fish. Everything has been going great. It's been brought to my attention that a mudskipper would be a really cool addition and now im interested! I know that they live in mangrove areas and that some live in brackish and some in full saltwater. I read most people actually keep them in full saltwater.

From what I'm reading my setup would be perfect for housing one.

Does anyone have experience with them? I am starting to research and plan to buy a book this week.

I'm wondering if anyone from MR has any information they would like to share.

My tanks in my signature if you haven't checked it out. Both tanks have rocks exposed and I'm currently converting it to a terrarium with a 3 dimensional screen house to avoid any escapee crabs or jumpers.

I have 6 female fiddlers and 1 male. From what I have experienced, and read the male fiddler will only be aggressive with other males and the females don't seem to bother anything at all.

If I would need to separate them it can be easily done since my system is two tanks.

Thanks,

Jonny
