Or are they trying to acclimate to the lighting..i see the blastos are inflated other times you can see the bones sticking out of them..help me please or else they will :batangel:

Blasto Wellsi need to be kept in low light, it's actually better to keep them in the shade and let them reach out for the light. Also make sure there isn't an flow on them as they don't like a lot of flow.

Blasto Wellsi in general are hard to keep and some times polyps will close up and not reopen for no reason at all.

Blastos arent real psched about high flow. Make sure you have them in a place where flow is random and not focused right on them or laminar (one way) As far as lighting, I have had mine 8" deep under 400w Mh and they do fine.

hmmm.... that might explain why mine suddenly started acting weird as well. I have a great frag I got from platinum reefs a while back- was doing great stuck in a crack in my rock wall. I had to move it away from a shroom and put it in the sand..did great there too until I noticed my hermits and blenny walking on it, which it did not like. I have since turned it upright- so that the 'face' is upwards and facing the light...it has not looked the same since.

I think I will try to move it into more shade, and into less flow...

You'll find most LPS don't like high flow. It tends to tear away at the flesh. For the most part you want to put LPS in low to moderate flow. I won't say that's for ALL LPS, but a majority.
