Pls help

I want to drill my acrylic Trigger Systems sump for an external return pump. What is the correct hole saw bit to use on acrylic??? I do know the size I need just want to know what bit works best... Thanks in advance

a lot of vids on you tube in the past have stated wood based bits and tools work while adding water to cool of the acrylic.
