depends how big your room is and how big your sump is and is there adequate ventilation in there. to be safe I would put an exhaust fan in there regardless unless its a nano tank then dont worry. you have more humidity from a bathtub.

I have a verry large sump room/garage. It has a sub panel as well as a ton of other electrical. I would worry more about mold as opposed to doing damage to electrical as long as all the proper precautions were made. Gfi outlets, no outlets or panels directly under "possible wet" encounters....ect...ect... You need to have someway of introducing fresh air as well as geting rid of stagnant humid air. I use an air condition as well as a fresh air intake/vent and a dehumidifier. Plan accordingly and you will have no issues. My humidity is always around 50% and this is with over 1500 gallons of salt water in the room.

Move your sump above the 120 gallon tank and your worries are solved! Call that reverse engineering... lol.

Just kidding, always ventilate since the basement is damp anyway to begin with.

In my case with having the 180+75g sump
+ 60g of water ready at all times within 10 ft of the panel I had my friend who is an electrical engineer take a look. He advised the dehumidifier and I had like another member mention an AC going during the summer to increase air exchange.

If that panel is in the basement anyway, you might already have moisture down there. A good dehumidifier will be the best investment you could make. After the hurricane a few months ago I picked up a dehumidifier and the basement has been nice and comfortable. You should be fine as long as its not too close.
