Need help with blue hippo tang not eating

Help I just got a 2" blue hippo tang
( it's really my uncles) he has a 72g now front with 150lb of live rock and live sand. He's not eating all parameters are in check.
What can he do ?

Add garlic to his food...maybe even the tank. I use the one by kent.

Also get some sheets of nori(seaweed), put some garlic on a half sheet and put it in the tank. You should give him nori regularly.

how long has the fish been in the tank? what other tank mates does he have? What, with numbers, are the parameters? what has changed recently? How old is the tank?

The tank has only fish with 150 lbs of live rock and 90lbs of sand.
