anyways, studying sucks. the question of the hour is do i call the landlord and ask them if i can have a small fish tank? or should i just do it? i guess asking this question on this forum i should expect pretty biased answers :approve:

chazertis, I would not tell him!! Most landlords don't even bother with small tanks, i.e. under 55 gallons. Are you going bigger than that?

Beitals, I went there today. One of my students gave me a $200 dollar gift certificate from there. I got it for $250, is that a good deal, since I haven't begun the search to see if it is yet.

It's an external skimmer. Pump is rated at 2000L/h. It is surely kicking up alot of bubbles.
