its gonna be the low maintenance nanocube, probably 12

low lighting so i don't have to even think about clams and sps and all kinds of awesome crazy fish. u have no idea how much time i spend online looking at random livestock to buy. this way if i limit myself i won't be able to get much...or so the thinking goes

i'm thinking of going bare bottom and growing gsp on the bottom so it looks like a lawn of sorts...i think it'd look pretty damn cool. i've read of other people doing it but i've never seen pictures...anyone got one?

I've got GSP covering this entire piece of base rock...not huge but it looks reallllyyy nice when they're all out. If you need some GSP just drop me a PM and come over and pick em up. No charge..they grow to quick to charge...

i hear ya...i left my tank to the care of my family back home in los angeles...i used to groom stuff all the time. its scary to think what my gsp is gonna look like when i go home for thanksgiving...it'll have taken over and killed all the zoos and mushrooms

what u think...it was this nanocube for basically free or i was gonna buy gforce6's 12 gallon tenecor tabletop tank for $70 plus i was gonna get a 70W MH retrofit to hang over it for $130 so it'd be $200 already but i could keep any coral i'd want to....in the end the $200 is just too much more

yea i'm a strictly softie man myself, except for the torch/hammer/frogspawn lps. i tried to get both my clownfish to host in my hammer back home and they absolutely refused. they play around my zoos and swim through my gsp. i like the low maintenance. plus i have a nanocube at home and its skimmerless. the water quality probably isn't good enough for sps anyway, and they're so friggin expensive. the only thing in favor of MH though is i've always wanted clowns hosting in a rbta, and an awesome clam, and remotely maybe try sps
