I remember the threads especially thread 2 for some reason

My question stems to another few questions, was livestock included in the initial budget? What are we looking at here reef or FOWLR? Especially is the tank finished with the cycle yet.

I just saw this project for the first time today. It appears from Hannibal's first post that it is FOWLR.

How's the progress of the project coming along? I would guess that the members who've helped out would be curious. At least I am  .

Good luck and keep us posted,
Russ

It’s coming along just fine we finished the build and testing the individual parts of the system. Now we are going to do all the integration Programming of our Micro Processors over the weekend hope to have the system cycling in a week and yes we are seeding the tank and making the conditions perfect to force the nitrogen cycle.
We also will have a demo tank cleaner by Monday.
Thanks for the interest shown but he still need donations of live stock
we will take anything
that little fish you bin wanting to get rid of but you just don’t know what to do with him
we will take him
Hannibal

there will be an acknowledgement section in the presentation and the paper and special tanks will be given to all who assisted in the project.
Thank to Mr. Hale and Mr. Wing for the continuous support and assistance

Hannibal,

There are some fish up for adoption on the For Sale forum. You might want to figure out which fish are suitable for your experiment. Do you need a lot of fish to co-exist in a small space, a single fish? The only reason I ask is because if they start killing each other the experiment won't last long. lol

hey Hannibal,

this is good advice, you still have to pay attention to what goes in the tank.
even if it's free ;) for instance a bunch of damsels with a nice grouper will not last that long :eat:

Hannibal,

If you finally decided on going for FOWLR, I have some live rock to LOAN you for couple months. You must return them when your experiment is done-I am not pick them up.

I also have Chaeto, Red Grape (plants), some snails for you too ALL FREE.

Snails are sensitive to certain chemical changes, therefore they may help you identify how successful your experiment is.

Oh, did you inplement this "SW fish tank for dummies" with a database that allow users to input what they put in so that your lighting, flow, blah blah blah with adjust accordingly?

Email or call me, don't PM. GL
