I need to borrow a powerhead cause my mp10 is making this laud annoying sound. I can pick up and return as soon as I get my mp10 back.

Take apart the wet side, I bet the little ceramic spacer came loose. Is the noise coming form the wet side. Open it and clean it out!!!!

Open the wet side.. I had a snail stuck in mine the other day. Tank is in my daughters room, scared the $hit out of her!

Also, when I press lightly on the back of the Mp10 the sound goes away but then comes back.

turn it off and realign it. then turn back on and readjust...sounds like the magnets are offline.

It's the motor!!!!!!!!!! I just cleaned the wetside. If I play with it the sound stops but then comes back.
