Pink tube anemone

Does anyone have any idea how to care for them?
Saw one at lfs and the sales person said there are easy to care for is that true?

i seen them in a lfs as well. i was told to be careful with them. they eat fish including clowns

sounds like they get a bad rap as being fish killers

They do eat small fish but look really nice in the tank. They also will kill anything you put next to it (corals)

I wouldn't worry too much about the tube anemone sounds like adding an elephant ear mushroom is more dangerous :biggrin:

I got pink ones at work

they are fairly expensive but are extremely aggressive so if they touch a coral or another anemone they are most likely going to win

make sure you have a deep sand bed (or deep sand AREA) that the tube will be kept in. They're also (mostly?) non-photosynthetic, so make sure you feed him..

i have about 4" of live sand over 2 years old
i will deff target feed it
