Having a bad tank week. Earlier this week my pumps died and water was not circulating from back of sump (AIO JBJ nano) except mp10 for a few hours. dont know what this caused but now my rbta is not looking to good. everything else is fine. levels are all fine
what could cause this. looks like one side is receeding. other side looks fine-still bubble tips. bad side is losing its tentacles. anyone ever experience this
here are pics:

btas dont recede they melt away... that's just a retraction... he'll be fine. if he's not and you want someone to take care of him till he gets better... lmk. I can put him into his own little cage in my tank.

I agree, it's simply retracting.
I see that it seems to have a bulge on that side where it is retracting it's tentacles. One of my RBTA's did the same thing , for a couple of months and now it's fine.
Just keep up on your parameters and be sure there are no other nearby corals that have any sweeper tentacles that might be bothering your RBTA.

I would not be overly concerned.
