Feeding time

I wake up at 4:30 am to go to work. I would like to know if I can feed at this time? I would like to take advantage of the corals having all of their polyps out. But I worry about the fish waking up when they sense the food. What do you think?

Most of us feed coral when the lights are out. I don't see any difference between doing it 10 at night or 4 in the morning. Fish may sense the food but without light they can't see it to eat it.
