Need help chiller broke down

I have a oceanic 1 hp for my 400g reef tank. So far I went through 2 in 2 year and 4 months, I was thinking of buying another oceanic chiller tomorrow, need second opinion what's a good chiller. I don't know why they keep breaking down.

Maybe it's location is not providing enough ventilation and causing it to overheat. Also are you using a air filter on it? If not, I would it helps keep it clean. I also have a Artic Chiller.

Thanks for the info just had to pick up jbj 1 1/2 hp commercial unit see how long this one last me
