Vortech pump stopped working all of a sudden

Has anyone had this problem? Accidentally hit the option/ power button and the damn thing stopped working. Now I can only get red and green blinking.

Tried the hard and soft resets and nothing is working.

What a pos for the money I spent.

Yeah happened to me once.there is a way to reset it but i forgot.go to there web site and it tells you

Only thing it said was a hard and soft and I can't even get the pump tonget to the red white and blue blinkingnpart

did you try the pump disconnect recalibration?

I think it'll blink red if it's pump disconnect recal...

GQ, check the wetside and make sure the prop can freely turn, or run the dry side by itself and see if it goes into a stall state. If it does, you should contact Ecotech Support for a replacement.

mine was blinking red and green and it would stop working every once in a while until i did the recalibration. works perfectly now. you could give it a shot and see if it helps you.

They are very quick at fixing broken units, and they are local so ship time is minimum. Things may have changed since my last warranty issue a few years ago.

I separated the dry side and the wet side. Can't even get the dry side to spin. Very frustrating as it was working fine right up to that point ihit option/power
