Need some help re-plumbing tank

I am looking to add a dart to my 150g cube for my return flow and to feed water to my skimmer and other equipment in my system. So some insight I pre drilled and extra drain pipe this can turn over bout 1200gph easily through sump when I tested it but because they are in the same overflow it was way too loud. I am currently running a 800gph return pump a skimmer that requires 600-800gph flow and I do wanna add more equipment as well. My problem is the dart way too much flow, but I have this collecting dust and have way too many pumps in my sump. So I wanna hear the options on how to effectively use this pump

Ritchie, is the sump with the Dart going in the basement with the display upstairs? How much head pressure are you working with?

It's easy to build yourself a manifold to accommodate all the peripherals you want to run, but if the pump is next to the tank, then the Dart is going to be oversized for your application.
