Help seal a crack in acrylic overflow box

My acrylic overflow box has a crack on top horizontally, its leaking slowly.

What do I use to fix this? Aquarium Silicone?

Weld-on is used to bond 2 pieces of acrylic. It melts a little bit of the plastic so when it hardens, its 1 solid piece. But unless you can get INSIDE that crack, its never going to be as strong as it originally was.

Also, Weld-on isn't really for the novice. It has dangerous fumes, as well as, inexperienced users will likely get bubbles instead of a clean seal.
