I was just going to say the same. Always best to go straight to the source..if they are still in business of course lol. Unfortunately we have lost a lot of the good companies in this hobby.

One of the best reactors out there! I have the same one but haven't started it up yet. It's ready to start kicking, all fueled up with brs skeletal media and waiting for my calcium levels to drop. My readings have been at 500 forever! Figures, you have the reactor but it won't let you start her up. Anyway, call them they will send you the instructions.
