C02 question

I have a 20lB Co2 Container that I never filled in 2 years and I think it's about do, but I am not sure. Its reading at about 400-450 on the pressure guage. at what point do I need to get it refilled?

you probably do not want it to empty completely, what was the guage reading when it was full?
