So these mushrooms are made of pure cryptonite. I have donr everything to try and rid these beasts from zapping them with a manjano wand to kalk stright in there mouths with a hyperdermic needle to scrapping them off but these evil put on earth by the devil himself wont die. Today i took out two small rocks loaded with them boiled them for 20 minutes and when i took it out can you believe there were still clinging on the the rocks. I now have the rocks sitting in fresh water. Someone.....anyone has got to have a fool proof way t kill these sob-es.i am now putting the blame solely on these creatures for the deaths of 3 sps corals

Why not just sell the rocks or trade them for rocks without corals on them. I'm sure people would gladly do that.
If you can get them out to boil them, you can surely get them out to sell/replace them :(

Many buddies of mine come to rob my easy corals, so trading your rocks with easy corals is something I would like a lot.

If you are worried about the sandbed releasing crud when you disturb it..suck the sand out from around the rocks with a baster, remove & replace the rock, do a water change and sell the rocks with the mushrooms..problem solved!
No corals killed :)

I dont think a picture will help kat. I just want to kill them. My absolute last resort will be taking the rock out. I was also thinking of getting a galaxia and put it in the spot where the mushrooms are even though it will probably take forever :(

Wanted to get an idea how thick they are in there...

It would end up reaching out and stinging your SPS too..they have very long sweeper tentacles:(

Have you tried using bone cutters in the tank and chewing off the bits of rock under the mushrooms to get rid of them. A new pair would probably do the job for you, and then you wouldn't have to move anything.

In my old tank I used to cover GSP with epoxy. It will be more difficult with mushrooms, but if you can cut them down to the rock it may work. Just a thought.

AKA sell them to some other poor sap so they have the same problem down the line!

Toss the rocks and get some new dry rocks from macrorocks.com or similar. Skene's method is also correct. One week in the sun will end them.
