PLAYING DEAD....my new eel has given me many scares with his behavior during the day. I finally realize now after weeks of observation that he either sleeps or plays dead. He actually lays his head down on a rock sideways flat like he is using a pillow. He doesn't breathe or move at all!! I no longer worry cause i know when lights out he comes ALIVE. Not going to lie, he has freaked me out at first doing this, that i called DD...lol
