Feeding my 120

I need advice on feeding my tank!
3 tangs 4" long
1 green chromis
2 clowns
1 yellow wrasse 3"
3 cleaner shrimp
6 pep shrimp

mixed reef mostly lps heavily stocked with corals

I've been feeding frozen rods food silver slides brine shrimp

I turn lites and pumps off and feed heavy 3 times a week .

Nori seaweed couple times a week

Dry pellets couple times a week small
amounts. I don't target feed anything, clam also
elos test shows small amounts of nitrates
0 phosphates I have a reactor
