An intro thread turned into a dog thread! :D

Awibrandy, I used to use arthogen plus for my 115 lb Bullmastiff, eventually it wasn't helping anymore. She is 10 now and she was having problems getting up from laying down for extended periods of time. Someone had mentioned that they had a friend whose dog was arthritic and that they started putting some sea salt in their dog's water. After reading up on it a bit, I started the next day. It has made a tremendous improvement in her ability to walk and even jump around a bit in an attempt to play. Amazing difference. Something to consider I suppose.

Sounds like a leg problem for Harley, maybe she strained her knee? I have had that over the years with my dog and it's gut-wrenching to see them go through that.

Anyway, good luck with your plans, there's a lot of great information here.

thanks going to try sea salt tonight going to look for books to read before i buy a tank

Fred, make sure you research it first, I was posting about the seasalt more for Awibrandy and her dog as her's seems to have the same troubles that mine has. However, I did a quick search on it and it does have anti-inflammatory properties, so it might help you as well.

Thanks, I will also look into the sea salt in the water as well. Sea salt is what we use for us so it easy to just add some to the dogs water.;)

Now, no more dog talk on Fred's intro thread!:wink1:
