Just want to let my friends from MR to know.
There quality sucks and the custermer service does not exsisted.
I've email after email.
Pls don't not buy from them.
I called filter guys today and spoke to Jeff and he help me out
Great guy good prices

what happened with them?
I orderedmy RO/DI unit from them about 5 years ago and i am still using there unit.I also get replacement filters from them also . Everything was great with the product except the DI canisters they use. Curious to know what changed with them

If it is in regard to a site vendor, it is advised to do the following:
1- contact the vendor directly with the issue via phone, email or PM and see if the issue can be resolved.
2- If the issue cannot be resolved, please use the Reefer Ratings system to leave feedback.

Well whAt happen is I order a ro/di unit
When it arrived the fittings that went to some of the filter were broken. I've tried and tried to email them( they have no phone #)
I've been trying since November
Finally I had to go looking for these parts
If I pay for something I would like to recieve something that works.
It's not fair

I hate these threads. You cant come on here and bash a vendor because you (one person) had a bad exp with them. Maybe youre the idiot that caused this to happen? Maybe it was them? Who knows.

I just dont like bashing small business because you think they wronged you.

Purewaterclub isn't a Vendor on MR. Purewaterclub is basically an eBay/budget outfit for RODI's.

You can get a 6 Stage RODI for like 80 bucks. Try sending them messages on eBay. I'm sure customer service is unavailable or try to message them on Facebook. It looks like it's just a side business as the link is dacomputing that redirects to Purewaterclub.

Aside from that, a coherent email probably helps as well. The OP warrants a call to the grammar and spelling police. Sorry I had to go there -_-

I got my first RODI unit from purewaterclub. I didnt have a lot of cash at the time and it was very cheap. Some of the fittings needed some extra teflon tape to stop leaking but overall it wasn't a bad unit and it got the job done for about a year until I decided to get a higher quality unit from The Filter Guys. I have also bought DI resin from them, shipping was always fast.

I just dont like bashing small business because you think they wronged you.

But after a while of nasty emails, rude responses to the customer, to you, that one person, wouldn't you want to take your business elsewhere and warn others so that they don't make the same mistake?

Yeah, and you think this guy could put a coherent statement together enough for the company to understand his concerns? You think they did just randomly totally ignore him? Did you check their ebay sellers rating?

I think we should have a forum or something else for these threads.

Look at the guy 3 days ago that came out and said Hydor has terrible service. Then you have 4 pages of people saying he's insane.

You buy cheap products, don't expect them to be as good as the moderately priced ones.

Cheap S___ is cheap for a reason.

^No argument but I've seen several of your recent posts and you sound a bit angry. OP should have posted details in the beginning to state his experience. Just like MrCoral, GlassCages, etc. Everyone has a different experience so both sides should be expressed.

Also, just because you paid a few bucks under moderately priced ones. Doesn't mean you can skimp on broken or missing parts for your products. Your still a company and he is a customer.
