there are few vendors on here that need to be geared more toward there customers. ive been seeing a few vendor problems on here and ive kept my mouth shut. But im getting tired of vendors paying to be a vendor and screwing members. its not hard to answer a damn email to take care of a member with a product that you have shipped out that was damaged or wrong. are we on ebay or manhattan reefs. i think his ebay status is worth alot more to him then his manhattan reefs status. so other then the member being irrational i hate, let me repeat I HATE vendors with horrible customer service. and yes i happen to believe him cause im seeing it more and more everyday. this is why i deal with 3 places and 3 places only SALTWATER CRITTERS, PREMIUM AQUATICS, and MARINE DEPOT why you ask, its all about the customer service and professionalism that is brought forward. That is what a company should bring to every customer 100% of time at all times. Everyone is entitled to there own thoughts and im happy they share em to warn the community of such uneducated vendors who do nothing for the community but give aggravation and headaches. Its a little ridiculous when a MR Member cannot warn other members on there experience on a vendor. When the hell has this become a nazi vendor forum. ITS ABOUT THE MEMBERS we are here to help members not put them down or degrade them. (im going to say it once again if you dont like it then leave which for some people should really leave would do the site some good) END OF STORY....
