Freedom of speech! Someone needs to go back to school and learn that. People have the FREEDOM to post what they want (albeit within MR guidelines) and thats what yonkers did. who cares about him bashing someone or his grammar he has every right to post on this forum whether you like it or not. people dont have to go by what he said and people may just go and say "wow good thing i read about that crap now i will buy from filter guys!" which helps filter guys out cus they are a vendor here on MR. certain people ALWAYS have to be so negative and wise asses on this site. go get a life seriously.

ive been a small business owner and have managed large companies.. customer service is key! no if ands or buts about it!... you sell a product you stand behind it or if its arives broke fix it, its simple.. and honestly 1% BAD feedback on how many total sales.. its not good.. if you look at the merchant regulations under ebay rules if it falls below 3% they will remove you as a vendor.. so 1% is not good, sorry..

ive also leared that :

ebay+good deal=waste of time and money!!

I'm thinking that... the ones that complain, look, think and react against those members daily really need a life. Considering that it stresses you out so bad.. I think it's time for you to take a vacation from MR.

Hey guys seriously this thread got really carried away by a few individuals and for some reason matthewscars name pops into my head. The mr member is simply saying that he is not happy with the vendor. Stop getting crazy and listen to the member. I would not buy from a vendor with horrible customer service. And also please post feedback on the vendor in the appropriate place and hopefully everyone looks at that before making a horrible purchase. Thanks for the warning...

So just because a 'member' says a vendor has bad customer service, even though the vendor has 99% positive feedback on ebay (his livelyhood) we're suppose to take that at face value?

Sorry for sticking up for the vendors, guys. Im so sorry that I have a different opinion than yours. How dare I.

This guy claims he sent one 'nice' email then 15 angry ones - his words, and you want to instantly believe him? Go nuts, he sounds like an irrational, impossible to please consumer. Ill still be here next thread, so get used to it, bro.

there are few vendors on here that need to be geared more toward there customers. ive been seeing a few vendor problems on here and ive kept my mouth shut. But im getting tired of vendors paying to be a vendor and screwing members. its not hard to answer a damn email to take care of a member with a product that you have shipped out that was damaged or wrong. are we on ebay or manhattan reefs. i think his ebay status is worth alot more to him then his manhattan reefs status. so other then the member being irrational i hate, let me repeat I HATE vendors with horrible customer service. and yes i happen to believe him cause im seeing it more and more everyday. this is why i deal with 3 places and 3 places only SALTWATER CRITTERS, PREMIUM AQUATICS, and MARINE DEPOT why you ask, its all about the customer service and professionalism that is brought forward. That is what a company should bring to every customer 100% of time at all times. Everyone is entitled to there own thoughts and im happy they share em to warn the community of such uneducated vendors who do nothing for the community but give aggravation and headaches. Its a little ridiculous when a MR Member cannot warn other members on there experience on a vendor. When the hell has this become a nazi vendor forum. ITS ABOUT THE MEMBERS we are here to help members not put them down or degrade them. (im going to say it once again if you dont like it then leave which for some people should really leave would do the site some good) END OF STORY....

a vendor or not everyone jumps on everyone posting to warn about there experience and they get jumped all over like white on rice. enough is enough there is no need for it... Again yonkers thanks for the warning and again END OF STORY.
