I have an enormous mount of corals in my tank and started filling it with fish. My favorites as is everyone's is the moorish idols I bought a long while back. everything was great for a while until one turned on the more docile one. The docile one would either die or i could get a third to balance the issue. So i bought a 3rd idol and everything was great for at least another month or more until they both started killing the docile one. Took him out and put him in my frag tank until i sold him. now everything was fine again until, my corals were now being destroyed one by one. Devastating all my brains, carnations, palys, blastos and monitporas ect. So, I started pulling all my corals out of my DT and in to my frag tank because it is impossible to get the two moorish idols out. they are way too fast and way too intelligent and im not going any other route. So now im looking at fish only with live rock but only for a few corals that they arent touching which are the torches, long tentacle plates ect. My favorite fish have now become my most hated fish and i cant wait to see them go off to fish heaven. I hate saying it but i never thought id want these two dead. I want my reef tank back more than these moorish idols no matter how beautiful they are. These fish are NOT REEF SAFE no matter what anyone tells you, but happened to be the the docile one never touched any of the corals so go figure.
