There are a number of products out there that claim to do the same thing. In this case the main ingredient is Chloroquine phosphate, which is used against malaria. Not sure how much is in there and if it's safe for a reef tank but it does kill inverts and algae, and since it's an antibiotic it will possibly kill some of your biological bacteria. So using it in a reef tank isn't probably a good thing. It an alternative to Copper and you can actually buy it from a chemical store. If you do plan on using it I would suggest running a lot of carbon and doing water changes, also don't over feed with it.
