Shout out to EcoTech Marine

Just wanted to let everyone know that with EcoTech Marine you get what you pay for. Their customer service is top notch. I had purchased an MP10w ES, had an issue with the unit, sent it in for service and a brand new refurb unit was delivered 1 day after they received it at their company.
Granted I live in NJ and their plant in in PA, but this is amazing. I'm now a customer for life and you should be too!

They replaced my original controller with a new unit. I assume it's a refurb, but it's new to me- new serial #, etc. It seems you're missing my point, these guys rock.

I didn't miss that point, I just wanted to understand what you meant. From what I've heard they have pretty good customer service.

Gotcha. Yeah, I was amazed with their turnaround time. While I'm at it, might as well give a shout out to FedEx as well.. I assume EcoTech sent it back via overnight shipping and FedEx knocked on my door at 9:30pm tonight. Crazy.
