OK so here is more information you may want to consider. Things "disappear" from that school all of the time. Also they leave the door unlocked at night and are "totally surprised" when they find people in the school that aren't supposed to be there or when things "disappear." You can talk to whoever you want they won't ever tell you the truth and the will say that I am a liar but I have been there and done it quite a few times in 13 years of working that neighborhood.

Take it or leave it, that's your choice but I see things "disappearing" from the tank and from the equipment at some point in time.

I think there is some other things to keep in mind,,,,
I have 3 tanks and 3 diffrent locations and I brought on more work to myself then i expected... yeah I love the Hobby but can you handle another tank?
is your Own tank perfect??? I mean do you lose any fish or coral? If NO go for it!!!!! If YES stay away!!!!
I just think you will go nuts trying to keep this tank alive and expect to break it down in the summer months unless they will let you run a chiller
