That all depends on what the rest of your filtration is. Do you have a skimmer? If so is it big enough? Do you use carbon? How much and how frequently?

There is a thread on ORP. Here is the LINK

If you are satisfied with your parameters and your water is not yellow from disolved organics and your tank is generally healthy, there is no need to spend on Ozone.

If you do decide to use the Ozone just make sure you take all the precautions as Ozone can easily backfire.

Thanks for responding.........

I do in fact have a protein skimmer, a precision marine bullet 2. I actually don't use it all the time. Maybe the last 2 weeks of the month, as I feel that the skimmer takes too many good nutrients out of the water as well, And I do in fact use carbon (just never know how much i should use with my system) And I do see a tint of yellow in my water, even after water changes, since I do add a lot of fish solutions and other good nutrients. Just wondering if the ozonizers would be a good choice for cleaner water, and if it's even worth it. thanks

I recommend this thread. Running carbon in media bags substantially reduces its effectiveness.

Thanks for the thread, I'll take a look at it. And I add fish solutions to my tank on a regular basis, it adds nutrients to the tank, so my fish heal up quicker and makes their colors very vibrant. My fish dealer got me on to it, and I swear by it.
