Hi Everyone! Thanks to some members on this board I'm putting in my first corals. Some blastos & zoos mostly, a frogspawn & hammer. I know these all have relatively low light requirements. I'm currently running 4x65w PCs. The frogspawn and hammer are big enough and have branches that I can poke in to my live rock. The blastos are bigger and on flat rocks so I've just put them on the sand. But all the zoo frags are small. I'm wanted to start them off on the low rocks and seeing how they do before placing them permanently. The problem though is that my hermits and snails keep knocking them off even though I try to find niches for them! If I put them on the substrate they keep getting turned over. I had my hand in the tank prob 30 times yesterday just turning stuff over! So my question is what does everyone do about this? Do you use the epoxy and then chisel it off if you want to move it? Or is there some sort of temporary glue or putty I can use? other methods? Thanks.

Welcome to MR, Minyee.

You could superglue them on small pieces of rock (called rubble) and then place them where you want. Most people use superglue gel. It's easier to work with, and you have less chance of gluing your fingers together!
