Goby lost his friend

I recently purchased a tiger pistol and paired goby from another member on the thread. I introduced them both together in my 75 which has a ton of hiding places. Anywho, the Goby and Shrimp have set up shop on opposite sides of the tank (the goby took off and went into hiding initially) but I don't think they are able to find each other.
This wouldn't bother me so much, but it seems that the goby is on a hunger strike and I have to assume it's because he is missing his friend...apparently they were paired for a long time in their old home.
Any suggestions? Just let nature take it's course? Just not sure how to get the goby to eat.

catch the shrimp and put it in the hole with the goby maybe? they make little shrimp raps for mantis i bet u could catch the pistol.

mine met the first day i put the pistol in.he went inside the goby's cave and then he moved out under his own rock-they do not cross paths at all. lol

It may be easier to catch the goby and place it near the shrimp.

Update: they found each other and are now burrowing holes anywhere they can! Cool, but also slightly annoying. Oh well.
