I bought this goby the other night to clean up my sand bed and he is doing a great job but he is clouding up my water not to badly but deff clouding it up. will that effect my corals and will the cloudiness eventually go away once all the crap and dust particles is gone from the sand bed from him sifting it?

yea i have a good protein skimmer which is collecting a lot of crap more then ever and a filter sock. but i am wondering is the cloudiness from him actually sifting the sand because that will never go away or is it because my sand bed has been un disturbed all these months and he is stirring all that crap up but once he cleans it all out the cloudiness should subside?

i think you will be ok. its def from him disturbing the sand bed. get a fine micron filter sock also.

lol jarrett stop worrying man thats what gobys do they take the crap out of the sand which in return if you have dust particles or other fine particles in the sand they will be released into the water column. no need to worry in the meantime if you see n e sand or particles on any coral simply turkey blaster it off 
and as i said the filter sock and your skimmer will help. i would also possibly setup a carbon reactor one day soon to take out any nasties in the water column.

Yes you do, I have had this hobby all my life (and I am old) If I start worrying or I consider it work, it goes in the garbage.
