Monticap with sweepers?

Picked up a Monti Cap yesterday or at least I thought it was.

I turned on the lights in the middle of the night to see sweeper tentacles coming out of its polyps. From what I found online beforehand, I thought monti caps didn't have sweepers so I was surprised when I did see it. Did some additional research and found that most people thinks it was another species of SPS's that resembled Montis... Merulina?

But then I found this site that said Monti's do have sweepers that come out at night if near other corals. Anybody else have Monti's with sweepers? Or is it really another species?

x2.....I have had many different caps over the years and none had sweepers, but my merulina did...

I'm at work now but I'll try to post a pic when I get home... I did some more research, and some have suggested it might be a chalice (plate type). These look very similar to montis and often confused. The one main difference is the sweepers coming from the polyps of the plate... which is what I think the store sold me

montis dont have sweepers. ive had many montis and never saw a sweeper. is that dwight howard in ur avi? lmfao im a knicks fan and thats a pipe dream. lol
