Mp40 sync vs anti sync mode?

I'm thinking of adding a second mp40 to my 120 mixed reef, the operation booklet shows anti sync or sync modes, just curious what you guys use? I was going to put them on opposite ends of the tank (48x24x24). Suggestions welcome

AntiSync w/ 2 MP40s @ opposite ends. Also in Nutrient Transport Mode (EcoSmart).

+1, and you can try reef crest also. Depends on how your rock work is done.

My tank is 48x24x24 tall mixed reef tank and have two mp 40's and its complete overkill for our tanks. I run both of them at minimum speed because they create just so much flow. If i turn one up it will start to move my sand and the other will just force corals one direction. I have them opposite eachother on the sides two inches diff in height and i always play with them in different modes. I once created a current where the fish could jump into it and swim real hard without moving and then they would jump out when tired but it created havoc with sand and corals. My 2 cents...1 mp 40 and a cheap other one.
