Only 240? I have 2 1050s on my 55g and feel like its still not enough. I think first thing you should get stronger pumps. Secondly it all depends on the situation and the water movement needed in the tank plus the configuration. I have the smartwave and have it set for 15sec intervals which gives a nice wave like motion.
