I had 90 watts of no-name LEDs (90X1 watt 50/50 blue and white, no optics) over an 18X18X20 cube. It worked really well, so I think 120 or 140 should be about right for your tank. You probably don't need any optics or lenses. This will keep the price down.

Im thinking of getting the same light for my solana for the price its definitely worth a try

Both use 3W LEDs, the first is 48 with 60* optics the second 55 with no optics (120* native. For a cube tank I'd go with the first, you can raise it up high for better spread and still get good PAR at depth.
