I'd start it at 12", this is a new setup right not swapping a MH or T5 right?

Yea new. Some corals are from my 75g with 6 bulb t5s

Damn they telling me this light replaces about 400w halide !! This might be too strong for me unless I just hang it higher then 12 in. Or just keep the blue lights on more than the whites?

Well that seller on eBay was trash.got my refund , So I grabbed the 120w 20k EVO led from a member here. I'm a lot happier now
