Whats going on with my RO/DI

I just changed the filters and resin on january 4th and changed the membrane on january 11th and for the past week the TDS wont go below 1 .Can my resin or filters be used up already.i switched the TDS hoses and im getting the same results.i dont make that much water,10 gallons a week for water changes and 7 for top off.my tds going in is 38

Isnt your resin color changing? You should be able to see if the resin is used up. Well at least will give you an idea if the color change is at the top of the canister.

After you changed out all the filters and membrane and ran a few gallons through did the TDS read 0 or has it been 1 all along...if so than maybe the TDS meter needs to be recalibrated...

It was 0 the whole time till this past friday.it was taking awhile to hit zero like 5 minutes and now its staying on 1.. How do you recalibrate a tds meter

There is a special solution you use with the TDS meter when calibrating. Depends on the Brand of TDS meter.

honestly i would get a hand held and test it.. my tds meter on my RODI doesnt read out correctly and i dont know how to calibrate it.. if you change out the filters that recent and your filters dont look bad it can be an inaccurate reading.... my tds meter reads out zero for everything smh i need to calibrate it but dont know how with the ones that come on the RODI s systems

Try changing the pre-filters.
I know it might not sound like you make a lot of water, but pre-filters can get clogged pretty fast and then the membrane can only filter out so much.

I really dont see the sediment filters clogging that quickly with the TDS going in being at a low 38ppm. Maybe you should try a small handheld TDS meter calibrated with NaCl and see what type of readings you get with that
