Who had that tank that was two 39gallon tanks with the TV between them all on the same stand? Im looking to do something similar and want to check out the build thread.

Actually you thought they where two 39G tanks right? Not that many production 39 gallon tanks out there but there are nice 34 gallon tanks so a quick search of "Two Solana's" or "Solana" turns up the thread you were looking for at the top of the list. Less than 2 minutes and took just a little thought. Just pointing out that although someone may search for something, you/they can't always find it as fast as one would like...Or as easy.

I don't think that's the best idea to have a tank especially 2 right next to a tv. Between the evaporation and possible salt creep it's really not good for electronics not to mention the extra heat you will have in the area between the 3.

I dont plan on putting a TV between them. I do share your concerns. I have a 40cube now and was looking to get another instead of upgrading to a larger tank. I was thinking of building a bar between them of something and having like a 65g sump/fuge underneath.

Matt: i didnt see this thread until just now, or i would have answered your questions.
Also, there is virtually no salt creep on solanas, and there is no humidity issues at all. The tv produces some heat, but come on-its a non factor.
I'm not mean. I just don't sugar coat things and beat around the bush and I don't care what people think of me. Cut the bs and tell it like it is, life is too short.
