ok so what your telling me, is if i can get in when they are released. can i possiable get somthing worth it? i don't know is why i am asking. if it's released in limited quanities, i know frags grow. thats the whole point . frags = conlonies . but if only released every 6 months wouldn't is be a whole supply vs demand?

I personally never went for the LE as they call them corals from anywhere. They may only release 100 frags now, but there will inevitabely be lots more available in time which then will put them in the ranks of "normal" run of the mill corals.

If you look back in lets say 2-3 years when you see them available at $30 a frag will you still be happy with the fact you spent 10X that to get it in your tank in the first place?

Also- what if something happens and it dies on you 3 months after you get it? That's a lot of money to have paid for a coral skeleton.

That's why if I like how it looks I get it, I don't care about a name--Tyree and so on. I'ts like buying a Harley, you pay for the name, I don't believe ANYONE is that special that's selling corals but hey if you got he funds and you like the pieces that much who are any of us to tell you otherwise or if they're worth it. Enjoy what you buy, buy what you want.

Just my $0.02

Thats funny, I had stumbled across his FB page the other day and all I could do was shake my head. He talks of secret locations and having divers all over the world and this and that, I would never deal with this dude. He also has some pretty ugly things to say about this forum.

Yeah I read his page. Not for nothin but talk about cocky? Sheesh, I have never met a member on here that expects anything given to them by a store for insanely cheap just because they're a member here. Makes me wonder if hes someone that owns a local store that someone made the mistake to ask if there's a reefing club discount on a frag that his private divers worldwide harvested from an ocean we aren't aware exists.

I guess the forum doesn't kiss his ass so he gets pissed. He and all his divers can have fun puttin it where the sun don't shine.

Sniper maybe you can be one of "the few chosen prophets" to receive his peices, but I wouldn't give him a dime, just due to the attitude he publically put out there.

ANY professional does not flame a forum on a facebook page.

I hear ya but we are the only club/forum that uses manhattan in the name.
I hope you find out what you need to to help you in whatever your plans are.

Just a note- as much as he brags about his quality- you'll see the same quality of corals available at the swap in May.
