Anyone using BRS dosing Pumps????

I received my BRS dosing pumps and for some reason the pump wont suction water from the inlet to the outlet. I believe I have it connected properly. The hard tube is connected to the left(up arrow) and the soft tube is connected to the right outlet(down arrow) what could I be doing wrong? I attempted to suction manually to get it started with no luck. Its prolly a simple fix so if anyone has a solution I would appreciate it. I would call BRS but their closed on weekends.

dont have an answer for you but i have three brs dosing pump and they worked right away out of box. seems like you have them hooked up correctly. how long have you left them running? there is no suction at all? the motor is spinning correct?

The motor is running. I just figured I was doing something wrong because I have two pumps and both are not suctioning. So chance are its a human error. Maybe I'll attempt to post a video shortly so someone could better help me.
