Question About my Condy anemone

Hello everyone...I have had a condy anemone for over a year, it is now tripled in size. For the first time it has actually moved from it's original spot. It is now touching some of my other corals. I tried moving it but I can't get it off the rock. It's stuck and doesn't want to budge.
Does anyone know a way of getting him off the rock?

I would leave him and move the coral he is touching. even if you move him he will just go back to where he wants to be.

Plus one, if you really need to move take the rock he is on and flip it over out of the water and use a spoon to move the base. He will drop off, if need a new home for him let me know.

probably your best bet! They will sting/kill corals

I've hear ice or a cold spoon on its foot works never tried it myself. Lemme know what works for you.
