Powerhead Placement

Should I direct my powerheads towards a different location? What is the best way they should be directed.

they look alright to me. almost even on each side of tank
the one appears like its hitting on the rock formation, maybe move one side down a little, but be careful not to disturb or create a sand storm. its hard to see in picture if they are both in the middle of tank wall or if one is toward the front and the othe rmore toward the rear wall

the surface looks pretty calm you might want to aim one up to get some surface agitation going for better gas exchange in the tank

I pointed the return pipe towards the middle and the right side I aimed up I think the water is moving better but I'm not sure. If I move the other ph up higher then the ground will be too stagnant right?
