So I'm going to spend a pretty penny tomorrow on the MP10. Is it truly worth it?

In a word "YES"
s'ok... it's all about the modes.
I'm not happy with my tank at all. I can't really keep coral that I want. So I decided to get the Pump get rid of some rocks that I don't like and my biggest concern is changing my CC to live sand. Would that be a problem?
1. How old is your tank?
2. Get rid of rocks? Do you have a tank or a box of rocks?
3. Changing CC to Sand...? Refer to question 1.
plus the customer service is excellent in time of need...
really, i'm surprised...hope they do right with you, GL
I had a wet side of my mp20 a couple of years ago go bad. I e mailed them and 2 days later there was a new wet side at my house. The only thing they asked of me is to return the old one to them in an envelope they sent me with the new piece. Have had nothing but great customer care and performance from them
They tried to do the same with me. First they sent it Fed Ex signature required. Not good when I work all day. Then it took 4 days to get to a Fed Ex near me so I could pick it up. When I did there was no return label in the box to send the defective one back. When I told them they told me to check the box better. The stupid box is 6"x4", not much room to hide a packing slip in there...
