Tek light 6 bulb fan

This system has 3 fans that look like they are all wired together. one fan is driving me nuts and wont shutup i want to snip the wire to that fan and take it out and replace it with a new fan. can this be done without ruining the other 2 fans that run on the unit. thank you

You can probably contact the company for a replacement or read the manual to see how it is wired.

Instead of cutting the wire, just stick a hair pin between the blade to stop it. It might hurt the motor, but if you are about to cut the wire to it, doesn't really matter.

yea i just cut the wire and re wired it to a computer fan, that was 12v just like the original one but moves a lot more air, and finally no more noise lol.
